Architects invited to design RIBA stand at Futurebuild 2019
Location: Royal Victoria Dock, Western Gateway, East London, England
14 September 2018 – The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has today (14 September 2018) launched an open call for architects to create a highly visible, dynamic architect-designed stand at Futurebuild, in conjunction with ROCKWOOL and Rockpanel.

Futurebuild 2019 brings together opinion-shapers, decision-makers and product innovators to explore the latest technologies and approaches in construction and debate the biggest issues facing the built environment– both in the UK and overseas. The event will be taking place from 5-7 March 2019 at EXceL, London. The RIBA stand should help to attract visitors, promote our members and the profession while adding an exciting architectural element to the show.

This is an open call for RIBA Chartered Members and Practices and will run as a single-phase competition. It is an opportunity for Practices to showcase their creativity and architectural expertise to a unique audience. Teams are required to submit applications to the RIBA in digital format only.

Publicity and marketing are intended to be the main benefits to the selected Practice however a fee of £7,500 + VAT is payable to assist in the design and oversight of the temporary installation.
