BUCHAN DESIGN BRINGS LUXURY TO BRISBANE’S INNER NORTH
Thirty-six exclusively crafted apartments designed by award-winning architecture firm The Buchan Group are setting a benchmark for luxury living in Lutwyche, in Brisbane’s inner north.
The $18 million Felicity on Felix is now complete and is the latest luxury apartment development by boutique developers Sanchi Development.
The Buchan Group was appointed to architecturally-design the five-storey development, which features 1-3 bedroom apartments and retail space on the building’s ground floor.
Buchan Group Brisbane Director Gerry Holmes said Buchan’s brief was to produce a quality apartment complex aimed at both investors and owner-occupiers.
“A striking north-facing exterior with integrated landscaping gives a modern yet welcoming feel, while open atriums with overhanging gardens create ideal areas to socialise,” Mr Holmes said.
“The building’s courtyard features an extensive outdoor barbecue area with an open-air roof laced with overhanging greenery. This internal courtyard is designed to create interaction among the building’s occupants.”
Mr Holmes said the one, two and three-bedroom apartments featured flexible, open-plan living areas and generous balconies for entertaining.
“Inside, premium finishes meet naturally lit spaces to deliver a tranquil ambiance, while large private balconies take advantage of natural light and ventilation and invite the outside in,” he said.
“The design quality of Felicity on Felix appeals to people who want a contemporary home and lifestyle in an inner-city suburb only minutes away from Brisbane city.”
Each apartment features carefully-designed kitchens with stone benchtops, double sinks, energy efficient cooktops and European appliances, while each bathroom has full-heights tiles and frameless mirrors.
Felicity on Felix is located at 19-23 Felix Street, Lutwyche.
