Construction is underway on landmark Raffles City Ningbo development, a one-stop shopping, dining, business, and lifestyle destination covering some 157,800 sqm.
In order to realize the project, a world-class design team is assembled, led by this award-winning architects firm, and including Meinhardt (MEP consultant), Arup (fire engineer), MVA (traffic consultant) and the Ningbo local design institute (LDI).

Raffles City Beijing : shortlisted in MIPIM Asia Awards
Raffles City Beijing, designed by this international architecture firm, in collaboration with local architects and engineers Sunlight and engineering consultants Arup, has been shortlisted in the Best Chinese project Category of 2009 MIPIM Asia Awards. The mixed-use development is the first completed project by the architects firm in China’s capital. Since its recent opening, the development has been attracting crowds and acclaim with its architectural esthetics and structural innovation, offering a new landmark in Beijing.

Shanghai Cruise Terminal Building – 20 Sep 2011
The design practice was appointed the master planner of the Cruise Terminal mixed-use development in 2004. Totalling a floor area of more than 260,000 sqm, the development comprises 80 per cent commercial use and 20 per cent public facilities, and entertainment and retail outlets.
