La Serenissima Office
When this building was built, it was considered to be modern and technologically advanced, even experimental. The site for this scheme lies in an open landscape that is visible from a local countryside environmental route and has a strong relationship with a hilly wooded area behind it. The new Azzate housing development on via Piave has been carefully studied in terms of form and volume to create the best possible views, using geometries and perspective axes that enable it to be successfully integrated into its green surroundings.

U27 Office building – 8 May 2012
The architectural design is based on an analytical approach to the articulated system of access to the Milanofiori Nord area, the pedestrian walkways and roads, climatic factors relating to the context and the goal of properly integrating the building into the overall masterplan. Its position as a link to an area of forest towards the north led to the development of a complex that while being based on a closed courtyard layout, enables a visual permeability to be maintained in terms of the routes that surround the building.
