Hochhaus Riebeckplatz, Halle, Germany

The architectural design of the approximately 75 meter high office and hotel high-rise on Riebeckplatz in Halle was awarded first prize by the jury in the competition for this site.

Sebastian Schöll speech

On December 3rd, Sebastian Schöll gave a keynote speech at the Heuer Immobilien Dialog, which was held for the first time in Aschaffenburg.

Lichtblick Würzburg building

The architecture firm’s competition design for the “Lichtblick” residential district in Würzburg was awarded 3rd place. The four-part building ensemble stands in a heterogeneous environment and is surrounded by green.

MunaPark in Traunreut

The architecture office’s design for the MunaPark in Traunreut near Lake Chiemsee was awarded first prize. The task was to close an urban gap of 18,000 m² with buildings of various uses. This mix is intended to create a lively district from 2021.

The practice (formerly KSP Engel and Zimmermann Architects) is a German architecture firm with around 250 employees. It has branches in Braunschweig, Frankfurt / Main, Berlin, Munich, Beijing and Shenzhen.
