Hermann (born 1881 in Blieskastel and died 1960 in Heidelberg) was a German architect and city planner who worked primarily in Kaiserslautern and Heidelberg. He worked from 1909 to 1933 in the city building department of Kaiserslautern. He worked as an architect and urban planner and has shaped the Kaiserslautern cityscape with his numerous high-quality buildings to this day.
After graduating from high school in 1900 in Zweibrücken, he began studying at the Technical University of Munich, which he graduated in 1905 with distinction as a graduate engineer and government manager. He returned to the Palatinate and worked on the new building of the medical and nursing home in Homburg. In 1908 he was appointed to the Bamberg agricultural office, where he designed the state-owned basket weaving workshop in Lichtenfels and two canons.
