The design blends with the natural site while tying together the notions of a city center.
The project covers 65-acres with its site enclosed by the building’s ring podium. At its core lies a park and landscaped garden that serves as a public plaza to residents, tenants, and visitors. Eight towers are placed on top of the podium, offering views to the surrounding Everglades.
Altogether, the project brings 2,250 residential condominiums, 650,000 SF of office space; 480 hotel rooms across two boutique hotels, and 485,000 SF of retail, culinary, entertainment. In addition to this, amenities include green park space, beach club, tennis courts, fitness center, basketball court, soccer field, fitness and wellness facility, and a spa.
The development is one of the largest under-construction mixed-use projects in the United States. Completion of the first phase is expected at the end of 2019.
