This cultural facility is home for the Castilla León’s Dance School, School of Dramatic Arts, Symphonic Orchestra, and Conservatory of Music. Under a waving roof that echoes the undulating hills of the surroundings, the centre thrives around three main halls, the concert hall for two thousand, chamber music hall for four hundred fifty, ballet and experimental theatre for four hundred eighty, connected together by the interactive plaza and streets where the public, musicians, artists and students, to meet and play.

Equipamiento cultural que alberga en su interior el auditorio de música sinfónica (2.080 butacas) y la sede de la orquesta sinfónica de Castilla y León, un auditorio de música de cámara (450 butacas) el conservatorio profesional de música, un teatro experimental (480 butacas) y la Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Valladolid.
La plaza cubierta entre los differentes sectores está pensada como un atrio interactivo que permita a los estudiantes de cada disciplina relacionarse entre ellos y con los profesionales y el público en general. El conjunto se configura como un nuevo lugar de encuentro e intercambio cultural para la ciudad.
