Zorlu Levent Offices
Multistory high-rise office tower is located at the financial district of Istanbul housing several of the world’s top financial institutions and other service sector leaders. The complex consist of 170 meter major office tower with 41 office floors and garden-offices at the 2-4 floors low rise extension being the back wing at street level and below grade, relevant to the contours and backward sloping of the property.

Bowling alleys are column free, and after removing the suspended ceiling a double height space with 2m deep down-stand beams was revealed. The overriding rhythm of the beams naturally lead the office to be arranged in ‘bowling lanes’ with circulation between them.

The Tesoro World Headquarters, will be a 12-story, 65,032-sqm (700,000-sqft) complex located in San Antonio, Texas. The facility will be located near the intersection of Highway 281 North and Redland Road, north of Loop 1604.

Saudi Arabian Offices
The Arc occupies a prime location site of about 5250 square meters of area in a newly developed neighborhood of Jeddah. It is an office building composed of a basement, ground, first, and second floor with a total area of 11000 meters squared.

The Qube
The building is a commercial office space for IT companies located in Gurgaon – a satellite city of Delhi. Gurgaon has seen rampant growth in the last ten years which has made it home to some of the more contemporary office typologies of the day.

Topaz building
It forms part of a complex of three office buildings that organize the streetside quarter space. Seven repeatable office floors are designed on asymmetrical H plan, with a centrally situated core and a variable layout of two-bay and three-bay structures.

Town Town Tower
The intention of developing the office high-rise Town Town Erdberg was to generate a building which correlates to the principle ‘Aesthetics of Sustainability’. Through an energy active façade and an integrated wind turbine the building is producing more energy than it is actually consuming.

Gas Natural Office Design
As a living creature that reacts to external impulses, the new building of the company Gas Natural, develops and extends addressing the different conditions of the program and the complex environment. The aim is to reconcile several objectives: to create an urban landmark in the skyline of Barcelona, to set up a dialogue with the low-rise houses of the neighbourhood and to generate quality public spaces.
