STONE SKY Khodynka is a mixed-use office complex on the edge of Khodynskoye Pole Park in Moscow. The project combines a 255-metre office tower with a lower 16-storey volume, connected by a shared podium and a sequence of landscaped terraces facing the park.

The main tower is designed as a slender vertical element with a restrained silhouette. Its glass envelope bends and changes in depth, revealing a lighter inner core and giving the facade a sculptural quality.

The contrast between the cool outer surface and the illuminated interior becomes especially visible after dark, when a vertical line of light reinforces the proportions of the tower.

The lower volume reduces the scale of the complex towards the park and creates a more gradual transition between the high-rise and the surrounding public space. Terraces and planted roofs extend the landscape into the development and form outdoor areas for office users and visitors.

At ground level, the podium accommodates public functions and connects the two buildings into a single composition.

From a distance, the complex is defined by the tower’s clear vertical profile; up close, the architecture is read through glass, depth, terraces, planting and the movement between volumes. Along the park edge.
