The slanting exposed-concrete columns at the base catch the eye, as does a kind of atrium that joins the skyscraper to its 132 meter tall sister tower.
At 213 meters, House on Mosfilmovskaya 1 is one of the ten tallest buildings in Russia. The Total gross floor area of the development is 194,730 square meters, with gross underground floor area is 58,530 square meters.

The higher tower has 53 storeys and was completed in 2012. The lower tower has 35 storeys and was completed in 2008. There are 556 apartments in this skyscraper development.
