Location: Threadneedle Street / Old Broad Street
Height: 100m / 329 ft (16m higher than Lloyds Building, a majo financial district building close by to the North)
This famous British financial institution was founded in 1801.
In 1990 a bomb planted by the IRA exploded behind the visitors’ gallery, which closed in 1992.
The LSE moved to Paternoster Square in 2004
