At 66 HaAliya Street, in the heart of the Bat Galim neighborhood in Haifa—nestled between mountain and sea—stands a distinctive residential building designed in a modernist architectural language.

The structure features a unique blend of clean white plaster beams and dark stone cladding, creating an elegant, minimalist, and contemporary visual identity. This aesthetic naturally integrates into the neighborhood’s rich and diverse urban fabric, as well as its dramatic natural surroundings.

The project aims to address the evolving character of Bat Galim, a historic neighborhood currently undergoing renewal and change.
