This architectural Concept was carefully designed for a client in Brussels by Zlata Rybchenko.

The Saint Alliance Luxury Apartment Building is a residential villa development located in the most prestigious area of brussels surrounded by trees and forest on a site that demanded a carefully considered response.

Residential design is a critical part of creating luxury living experiences. Zlata Rybchenko’s work embodies this ideal, with a focus on classically proportioned facades, high-quality materials, and generous outdoor spaces. This luxurious villa residence, composed of four apartments spread over three floors, is the perfect example of Zlata’s attention to detail and dedication to creating a luxurious living experience.

From the slim brick facade to the smooth plastering and glasswork in the aluminium insulated window frames, Zlata has ensured that every element of this residence contributes to its overall elegance. Perhaps most importantly, the villa’s generous terraces provide residents with ample opportunity to enjoy the property’s green environment. With its commitment to luxury and its dedication to environmental sustainability, this villa is a truly remarkable example of contemporary residential design.

Zlata’s villa residence perfectly embodies this trend, with 4 apartments spread over 3 floors and a classically proportioned façade. Every apartment has its own unique layout, but all feature large living areas that are perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day. The overscaled entrance completes the look of the building, giving it an important status in the neighbourhood.

The site is 2474 sqm and is located in the heart of Uccle, one of the most prestigious areas of Brussels. Place de la Sainte Alliance 1, at the crossing of the avenue Prince d’Orange and the avenue des Myrtilles in front of the square. Access to the residence is organised from the square and the underground parking area is accessible from the avenue des Myrtilles.

The Avenue Prince d’Orange, a beautiful tree-lined boulevard, is one of Uccle’s most prestigious addresses. The property is just a short walk from Shopping Centre du Botanique and many other shops, restaurants, cafes and parks.

The design concept for this development is to create a luxurious and contemporary living environment that enhances the unique character of this historic neighbourhood. The architectural design features clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic, with a focus on natural light and space. The interiors are designed for comfort and relaxation, with high-end finishes and fixtures throughout.
