The 15-storey tower will become the new home for the PolyU School of Design and the newly-established Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation. The Innovation Tower building will be 76m high. Planned as the university’s design school, the building is close to Hung Hom station in Kowloon.

Each station’s lightweight roof structure ‘floats’ above a concrete plinth, creating an artificial landscape that describes the passenger circulation within. When completed in 2007, the stations were the world’s largest structures using double-curved glass in construction.

The new Glasgow Riverside Museum will be a larger and improved replacement for the Transport Museum which is currently located at the Kelvin Hall. It is to be built on a site where the Clyde meets with Glasgow’s other main river, the Kelvin, and will be adjacent to Glasgow Harbour, a private-sector led mixed-use development extending to 120 acres.

The architectural concept of the London Aquatic Centre is inspired by the fluid geometries of water in motion, creating spaces and a surrounding environment that reflect the riverside landscapes of the Olympic Park. An undulating roof sweeps up from the ground as a wave – enclosing the pools of the Centre with a unifying gesture of fluidity, while also describing the volume of the swimming and diving pools.

Zaragoza Expo Bridge
Zaragoza Bridge : Architecture Competition winner
Zaha Hadid Architects’ proposal for the Bridge Pavilion is organized around 4 main sections, or “pods” that perform both as structural elements and as spatial enclosures. Floors inside them are located at the Expo principal levels: +201.5 (the soffit of the bridge is at +200 m, flood protection minimum level), +203 m and +206, +207.5 for the upper level. The development of our design for the bridge pavilion stems from the examination of the potential of a diamond-shaped section.
