There is a large reception room, a good-sized modern kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, and a second bedroom with en-suite shower room. Part of the reception room can be partitioned off using sliding doors, so could be used as a third double bedroom.

Studio Locher is headed up by international Architectural designer and Fine Artist Heidi Locher, part of the (late) acclaimed, award-winning, cutting edge Architectural practice, Paxton Locher Architects. The practice was identified by its clarity of vision and unwillingness to compromise, which to this day characterises Locher’s work.
Heidi Locher has designed some of the most talked-about private houses in London for a distinguished list of clients. She has also designed key public buildings such as Soho Theatre in Greek Street and the Jerwood Space in Southwark, south London.
More recently Studio Locher has been spinning worlds that take physical form in Architecture and Fine Art and through Factory Locher, Architectural furniture. The studio is Modernist in its world view and at it’s heart is a desire to communicate and stimulate.
Whether creating an award-winning modern house or, working at a trolley table that is disturbingly elegant and simple or, being immersed in a fine art piece that demands attention, with the collaboration of her vibrant creative team, it is people and the human condition that is at the centre of her work.
