Dyce Houses – North Aberdeen Property

The Dyce Housng development – consisting of 36, 2-bedroomed apartments created by Holmes for developers, Quality Street – has been designed with full-height windows and spacious balconies, capitalizing on the open aspects to surrounding farmlands and the River Don.

Sitting in a tranquil riverside setting off Burnside Drive in Dyce, the homes are a first for the area.

The project started in March 2005 and is now complete.
