Alan Dunlop has begun discussions with Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Planning Authority to build two, four bedroom family homes and an outdoor pool on his 5 acre studio site.
Left: Slioch Full Site Plan – Right: Wall House and Pool Plan
Discussions with the planning authority have been positive. Providing that both homes can be designed to a maximum gross floor area of 113 sqm, they can be accepted as affordable homes, which the area badly needs. The guidelines are set by the RICS.

Alan Dunlop is currently working on adjusting the floor areas of each home, without detriment to the quality of the design and the exceptional woodland setting with the intention to submit for full planning approval in May or June 2019.
