Contemporary Peruvian House

The project consists of a small house located on a beach 100 kilometers south of the city of Lima.

Conceptually, the project explores the expansion of conventional uses in a beach house.

For this, a kind of large container box has been created, a total space that fully integrates the living-dining room with the terrace-swimming pool – within which various elements (conventional and unconventional) have been designed that allow multiple options for use.

Architecturally, the volume has been strategically drilled in some of its plans for sunlight control and visual focus effects, and has been deliberately suspended over the ground garden in order to incorporate the feelings of weightlessness and freedom into the architectural experience of the users.

Functionally the main volume is surrounded by the sleeping and service areas. There is the kitchen and the master bedroom, both visually connected to the terrace / pool and, by extension, to the horizon.
