The Rooftop Bar

74Wythe occupies more than 15, 000 square feet, which is sufficient space for any event. One of the amazing features of the 74Wythe is found at the top of the building. The Rooftop provides a panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline. Another great feature of the Rooftop is the retractable glass canopy. This canopy makes it convenient to host any special event anytime of the year.

The Rooftop is suitable for events like weddings, corporate meetings, live performances, product launches, and bar mitzvahs. The Rooftop can house 400 standing guests and 150 seated guests. There is also enough room for revelers to enjoy cocktails.

Main Room and Mezzanine

This is a two-floored high ceiling space for any event. This space boasts of an art deco design with elements of the late 1920s warehouse architecture. The U-shaped mezzanine on the second floor has 2,000 square feet with a green room and full-service bar. The main room is right below it, with a space of 2,000 square feet as well.

The green room can be used as aprivate lounge, production office, wedding suite, or corporate breakout. Some of the green room’s striking features include; a dry bar, two private restrooms, a television, lounge furniture, audio and visual capabilities, and a vanity table.

The main room and mezzanine can accommodate 150 seated guests and 350 standing guests. This space promises to offer an irresistible event experience. This event space is suitable for F&B breaks, pre-dinner dessert or cocktails, and is the perfect vantage point for a conference, live performance, or auto reveal event. Guests can get to the main room through any of the two exclusive entrances.

Jbird Cocktails

Jbird cocktails is hidden behind a blue door. There is a secret tunnel that leads to the event space. This space is a horseshoe-shaped bar with a back bar and an ice-shaped glass chandelier. The space features wall coverings and sofas that are decorated with bird-patterned fabric. The room has 2,300 square feet and is capable of accommodating 80 standing guests and 60 seated guests. The Jbird Cocktails offers guests a private space and a memorable event experience.

This space is suited for seated receptions, milestone birthdays, product launches, and cocktail receptions. The main features include an ice display room, custom lounge furniture, a 16′ back bar, and loft.

The loft is 360 square feet. It is an exclusive setting for 30 seated guests. The center of the room has a ping pong dining table, ideal for hosting events such as VIP dinners and board meetings. The dual-functioning brass table can also host cocktail parties, milestone birthdays, and a wedding suite.

Courtyard

74Wythe has expressed its sensitivity to current global issues, particularly the Covid-19 pandemic and the inequalities affecting the black and colored members of the community. 74Wythe has pledged 1% of its proceeds from all hosted private events to go to charities such as Black Lives Matter. 74Wythe has also made donations to the NYC Covid-19 Response in an effort to help those New Yorkers who are deeply affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
