Piccadilly Circus is a road junction and public space of London’s West End in the City of Westminster. It was built in 1819 to connect Regent Street with Piccadilly. This famous civic space is surrounded by several notable buildings, including the London Pavilion and Criterion Theatre. Directly underneath the plaza is Piccadilly Circus Underground station, part of the London Underground system.

St Pancras railway station, known officially since 2007 as St Pancras International, is a central London railway terminus. It is located on Euston Road in the London Borough of Camden.
It is the terminus for Eurostar services from London to Belgium, France and the Netherlands. The passenger station was designed by William Henry Barlow and constructed on a site that had previously been a slum called Agar Town.

Wright & Wright has started work on a project to remodel the grade I-listed offices of the British Academy in central London. This Carlton House Terrace project won Listed Building Consent this summer.

Based in ‘the Knowledge Quarter’, part of a 19th century Keystone conservation area in Kings Cross, the new IOP headquarters provides education and exhibition facilities alongside a combination of office and public space with a basement auditorium and exhibition gallery, which are both open to the public.
