Government Office Hub Odense
The Danish Building and Property Agency has awarded the turnkey contract for the construction of a future Government Office Hub in Odense. The building’s load-bearing construction will be built in timber and are designed by C.F. Møller Architects.

Chungnam Complex
H Associates envisioned a new prototype of government complex as ‘Public Park’ at the Korea national competition of the architectural design of the new Chungnam Provincial Government Complex. Chungnam, one of 9 provinces in Korea, is planning to reinvent its institutional image and functions by relocating its provincial Capital City and building a new headquarters for the government in a new city.

Dandenong Government Services Offices
The Government Services Offices development is one of the key projects of the Revitalising Central Dandenong initiative, a major urban renewal project being led by Places Victoria and the Victorian State Government. Developed and built by Grocon, the challenge of this landmark development was to create a high standard of urban design and quality workplace in this outer-suburban region, and to assist in the rebirth of the precinct as a major mixed-use activity centre.

Planned as a sustainable government complex, the facility is located on a hill side. Utilizing the site condition, the design team focused on the concept of ‘Ulju Maru’ by creating various levels that provides comfort in access and utilization by the citizens.

Facing the diversification of offices in the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan government), the model creates a strong unique image for all the offices. This offices will have to seek for the citizen contact, calling it to participate in the interior and making its activity visible from the exterior always that it’s possible.

Now titled Scottish Government Building
The Scottish Executive – formerly the Scottish Office – is a solid building in symmetrical three-storey shape possibly to recall warehouse that existed previously on the site, though one suspects the shape was highly cost-efficient; interesting sandblasted sculpture/screen at back of entrance hall, two atria to each side.

Amsterdam based architect’s office de Architekten Cie. has won the international competition for the enlargement of the Victoria Palace in Bucharest, Romania. The jury, consisting of nine experts, judged the design of Branimir Medi? en Pero Puljiz to be the best of the six international entrants.
