The Diago Home – Prefabricated Property Concept

The Diago Home

The Diago Home is a comfortable home with large covered terraces. Floor and ceiling undulate around the enclosed rooms, offering a flexible floor plan with generous outdoor areas.

The cantilever roof is supported by diagonal columns around the building’s outline. The central core houses the kitchen, bathrooms, and technical equipment. Indoor and outdoor curtains and wall panels are available to modify daylight and views – the ideal balance for a cozy modern home.

About J. MAYER H. und Partner, Architekten
J. MAYER H. und Partner focuses on works at the intersection of architecture, communication and new technology. Recent international projects include Metropol Parasol, the redevelopment of the Plaza de la Encarnacion in Sevilla, Spain, the Court of Justice in Hasselt, Belgium, and several public and infrastructural projects in Georgia, for example an airport in Mestia, the border checkpoint in Sarpi and three rest stops along the highway in Gori and Locchini. From urban planning schemes and buildings to installation work and objects with new materials, the relationship between the human body, technology and nature form the background for a new production of space.
