Everything in this Bulgarian coast house originates from its connection to the sea. The initial program for two independent houses in a plot with one already existing led to a single terraced structure providing equal relation to both the terrain and the sea view.
This property’s long swimming pool divides the three independent courtyards and is directly accessible from all of them.
The main spaces in the home are horizontal and entirely open to the sea. The backside secondary spaces are connected to the sea view through the narrow courtyard between the house and the fence. The dark corridor connecting the two houses is illuminated through an underwater window in the pool.
