Apartment 301 is a refined interior design project that explores the relationship between materiality, art, and everyday living through a sensorial and highly curated approach. Located in the Santo Antônio neighborhood, in the heart of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, the apartment reflects a contemporary way of inhabiting space, one that values authenticity, permanence, and emotional connection.

The project is structured around a powerful yet balanced palette of materials. Exposed concrete, natural wood, and stone form the architectural base, establishing a dialogue between solidity and warmth. These elements are not merely finishes, but defining components of the spatial experience, enhancing texture, depth, and tactile perception throughout the apartment. Complementing this foundation, details in leather, fabric, glass, and metal were exclusively designed for the project, reinforcing its bespoke and intentional character.

Designed for residents who are passionate about art and collect objects with meaning, Apartment 301 offers a carefully orchestrated layout where artworks are displayed in a way that feels both intuitive and deliberate.
