Re-start of the iconic Norton brand has been marked with the completion of a new HQ in Solihull, at the heart of the UK’s automotive hub. Housed within an existing light industrial building, the new facility accommodates Customer Reception/Handover, brand display, service workshop, manufacturing, Design/R&D studios, test facilities and offices.

Eleven Brindleyplace, which comprises 107,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation with ground floor retail/leisure uses, has been given the green light by City officials. Located in Brunswick Square and adjacent to City Inn, the 12 storey building is the final element of the Brindleyplace vision and will stand at the gateway to the Estate.

Comprising offices, parking, apartments, retail units, a hotel, spa, restaurant and “sky bar”, The Cube was conceived as a building which would never close. Moreover this complex structure is permeable and crafted to open up routes and views to emerging neighbouring districts.

Stanton Williams were commissioned in 2003 to create a new headquarters building for Cadbury at their historic Bournville site in Birmingham. The English architectural practice have remodelled the 1920s Dining Block as a flagship administration centre, providing office accommodation for 700 people as well as new catering and meeting facilities.
