Morehampton Mews Houses in Dublin by ODOS Architects
The interior is a complete contrast to the dark and mysterious exterior. In the entrance hallway, a double height space with rooflights above creates a light filled interior complemented by clean minimal design.

Prices Lane House in Dublin
This design of a new family home, located on a tight site off a narrow laneway in Dublin City Centre, responds to its restricted context by creating a central courtyard to maximise natural light and spatial quality.

Carysfort Road House
Originally No. 31 Carysfort Road was a mid-terrace, one bedroom dwelling, with a single storey rear return and small back garden. Our brief was to refurbish the existing dwelling and improve the connection between living areas and the limited external space, while providing as much extra floor space as possible.
Farmhouse restoration + extension, Ballymahon, County Longford
Date built: 2009

Ballymahon house
Traditional Portland Cement was replaced with environmentally friendly Eco-CEM and the house boasts a renewable energy source in it’s high-efficiency wood pellet boiler which supplies the underfloor heating.
Grangegorman house, Grangegorman, Dublin
Date built: 2008

Grangegorman house : RIAI Awards 2009 Shortlist
The break up of the the buildings main elements, defined in elevation by the horizontal structural lines, help to identify the structure and functions contained behind. The building profile is further strengthened with a deliberately weighted treatment to the openings at first and ground floor level adding to the aura of secrecy as to what’s contained within.
House at Maytree, Wicklow, Ireland
Dates built: 2007-08

House in Wicklow : RIAI Awards 2009 Shortlist
The building is entered on foot at first floor level via a long stepped processional route to the front of the building. The façade to this stepped approach has been purposely left blank to focus the entrant to the point of entry whilst also weighting the propped cantilever appropriately.
