New York City-based Leeser Architecture has designed two exhibitions, Feedback and Gameworld, that will inaugurate the new LABoral Art and Industrial Creation Center. Feedback is a retrospective of electronic and new media art. Gameworld explores the videogame as an art form. The architecture firm worked in close collaboration with the respective curators in creating both exhibition designs.
Helix Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE

The architecture studio, an internationally recognized design firm, has won a invited competition for a five-star luxury hotel in the Zayed Bay in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Called the Helix Hotel for its staggered floor plates, it rests in the bay, partially floating in the water and adjacent to the serpentine Sheik Zayed Bridge currently under construction by designer Zaha Hadid.

LEESER ARCHITECTURE is an internationally recognized studio known as a pioneer in design specializing in the inclusion of new media and digital technologies in architecture. This Brooklyn architecture firm specializes in the design of museums and exhibitions, performing arts centers, and film and digital video theaters, and works with an extensive list of specialty consultants. The studio has achieved worldwide recognition for its influential designs, such as the Eyebeam Atelier of Art and Technology, and the Twin House, which is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The Brooklyn architecture office was one of only five international firms selected to design the Olympic Village for NYC2012, participated in the Venice Biennale, architecture’s most prestigious international exhibition, in both 2004 and 2008, and is currently working on a $60 Million addition and renovation of the Museum of the Moving Image in New York City, as well as on the World Mammoth and Permafrost Museum in Yakutsk, Siberia.
Recently completed projects by LEESER ARCHITECTURE include the 3LD Art and Technology Center in Lower Manhattan, the first cultural institution to rebuild after September 11, 2001; as well as two inaugural exhibitions for Laboral Centro de Arte y Creación Industrial in Gijon, Spain.
