This residential project is a semi-public, enclosed housing block consisting of a perimeter of four storeys and a central area with one-family housing.

Two slender, twenty-one high tower buildings have excellent views to the River Maas.

The project is focused on a semi-elevated public deck above car parking. The main neighborhood street continues onto the deck and ends in a belvedere facing the river. The high-rise blocks have a free overhang of 12 metres.

This Dutch architecture firm is no longer in existence.
