Jewelry Box: Miami Worldcenter Block F, Miami, FL
The City Block F-East has been called a Jewelry box on Miami Worldcenter’s due to its unique shape structure with the top corner of the building lifting up – as if it wants to reveal what is inside it’s shining glass facade.
The retail building sits in front of the main civic plaza on the exciting new development: Miami Worldcenter is a dynamic destination designed around tree-lined avenues spread across 9 blocks, creating a pedestrian-oriented experience featuring promenade frontage retail, street-facing retail with multiple levels, column-free layouts and up to 24-foot-high storefronts.
The two-story retail building has 70,389 square feet of leasable commercial space and 135,424 square feet of total gross area and retail frontage along north, south and west facades, while the roof activation will offer exquisite views across the main plaza activities and to the convention hotel in the distance.
Capped by an iconic roof structure, the building has already received its Certificate of Occupancy, and it’s currently undergoing custom interior design to each retailer that’s going to occupy it.
