The new Castor Des Érables Development project comprises three townhouses built to the highest standards, meeting the needs of today’s couples and families through carefully considered architecture and state-of-the-art materials.

Architects’ homes
Created in collaboration with L. McComber – Living Architecture, the Castor des Érables homes are intimate and luxurious residences, subtly concealed behind a heritage façade that respects the neighbourhood’s authentic character. They are perfectly integrated into their surroundings. Respect for the neighbourhood and understated street-facing architecture result in a discreet, elegant and distinguished high-end project.
