Istanbul’s largest mixed-use project, 42 Maslak nears completion
The Chapman Taylor designed 42 Maslak scheme, an ambitious mixed-use development sitting on the northern outskirts of Turkey’s largest city, Istanbul, is rapidly progressing, with two 42-storey landmark towers almost constructed.
This breakthrough high rise development for the Maslak region designed by both our London and Madrid studios, is expected to create a thriving new business hub and vibrant new neighbourhood on the former textile industry site.
The 250,000m2 complex incorporates two 42-storey towers, which include a luxury 5 star hotel, 42 residential units and 16 penthouses. The development will also take in vast commercial space, leisure and office facilities.
The 42 Maslak’s offices, which are now fully operational, are the country’s first commercial office space that have received LEED Platinum certification for the Core & Shell Category.
The scheme is expected to fully complete in Autumn 2015.
