Google Office in Tel Aviv
Google Israel has opened its spectacular new office in Tel Aviv for their ever growing teams of engineers, sales and marketing. The new office occupies 8 floors and accommodates 500 workstations within a space of approximately 8000 m2. The new Google Office in Tel Aviv represents a new milestone for Google in the development of innovative work environments: nearly 50% of all areas have been allocated to create communication landscapes, giving countless opportunities to employees to flexibly collaborate and communicate with other Googlers in a diverse and inspiring environment.
Internationally committed to sustainable design, the Google Tel Aviv Office was awarded with the LEED Platinum certification, the first of its category in Israel!
In order to create the kind of working atmosphere which is a true testament to Google’s unique culture and values, and also supports the Googlers in their daily strive for creativity and innovation, Camenzind Evolution has conducted many in-depth researches before starting with the design of a working environment which would effectively meet all expectations! There is a clear separation between the employees’ traditional desk-based work environment and communication areas, granting privacy and focus whenever required for desk-based individual working and a vast variety of amazing spaces for successfully collaborating and sharing ideas.
The Googlers were also looking for an environment designed with their rich culture in mind. With food being deeply embedded within the local culture, Google Tel Aviv offers a wide variety of food choices by the means of three amazing kosher and non-kosher restaurants. Moreover, in order to nurture the local start-up community, one floor is designed for temporary use as a ‘Campus Space’ to provide small local start-up companies with an original start-up like work environment.
