More than a defined project, this is a scalable and reconfigurable system, which is based on a triangular module which generates specific geometry that defines space, forms and a four by four feet grid that allows an efficient and effective use of prefabricated materials.
The goal is to achieve a timeless, discrete, contemporary and modern architecture, yet, fashion- less where local craft, as well as the technology are together.
The intention in the main building is to optimize and emphasize the views and orientations, allowing all spaces to articulate and interact with each other and integrating the garden to the interior.
The main scheme is based on a triangular space that has one open side which is surrounded by horizontal circulation so that there is no obstruction to the most important views of the landscape. This forms a central plaza where all the events take place; including the main pool, a snack bar and sun deck.

Officially the Republic of Honduras (Spanish: República de Honduras), is a republic in Central America. It was at times referred to as Spanish Honduras to differentiate it from British Honduras, which became the modern-day state of Belize. Honduras is bordered to the west by Guatemala, to the southwest by El Salvador, to the southeast by Nicaragua, to the south by the Pacific Ocean at the Gulf of Fonseca, and to the north by the Gulf of Honduras, a large inlet of the Caribbean Sea.
