Holte Town Hall – design by Arne Jacobsen
Holte Town Hall
Søllerød Town Hall (Danish: Søllerød Rådhus) has since been renamed Rudersdal Town Hall. It was built for the former Søllerød Municipality which in 2007 became part of Rudersdal Municipality, combining Søllerød and Birkerød. The building is designed by Danish architects Arne Jacobsen and Flemming Lassen. It was completed in 1942.
Like his Aarhus City Hall, Jacobsen’s design was inspired by the modernist Swedish architect Gunnar Asplund, especially his Functionalist extension to the City Hall in Gothenburg, dating from 1936.

Nordhavn Station + Orientkaj Station Copenhagen
Part of the Nordhavn metro line extension connecting the docklands to Copenhagen’s city center, Arup and Cobe have worked together to design two new metro stations, Orientkaj and Nordhavn, under the Nordhavn metro line extension. The recently opened public transport link unlocks the potential for the redevelopment of Copenhagen’s northern docklands, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in northern Europe.
