Le Restaurant Lan
– Inaugurated in October 2006
– Order from the Chinese restaurant group South Beauty
– LAN name, in tribute to Zhang Lan, emblematic figure at the head of the group
– Located on Jianguomenwai Avenue, on the 4th floor of the 2 tallest towers in the Chaoyang district
– Restaurant of 4500 m² in Beijing
– Spans 2 platforms connected by a walkway
– Can receive up to 1000 covers
Long Room Entry:
– Philippe Starck “does not claim any style except that of being free”
– “Imagined as the big magic storage room of an art collector”

Oyster Bar:
– Eclecticism, heterogeneous selection: chandeliers in chainmail, recycled plastic parts, custom Baccarat furniture, ethnic stools…
