Assembly Hall – Modern Pavilion
August 19, 2025
The Assembly Hall project redefines the modern gathering space with a balance of architectural sophistication and functional adaptability. Designed as a one-story pavilion, the hall encompasses 4,140 sq. ft. of heated space supported by a durable slab foundation. Its open-concept layout is engineered to host a variety of events—from exhibitions and conferences to community gatherings and formal ceremonies.
A key design element is the extensive use of glass curtain walls, which invite natural light throughout the interior and establish a seamless connection between indoor activity and the surrounding environment. A formal foyer sets the stage for arrival, while the primary assembly area adapts easily for seating, dining, or exhibition layouts. Six modern restrooms are strategically placed to ensure guest comfort and flow, with ADA-friendly modifications available upon request.
The exterior palette combines wood, metal, and glass to create a striking contemporary façade, while smooth ceilings and crisp interior lines reinforce the modern aesthetic. Outdoors, the design extends to a spacious patio, with optional covered zones that support all-weather use and expand the program beyond the hall itself.
Conceived as both functional and inspirational, the Assembly Hall is backed by editable CAD blueprints, PDF construction sets, and full structural engineering reviewed by licensed professionals. The plan includes an unlimited build license, enabling use across multiple campuses or projects at no additional cost. Free foundation change options (slab, crawlspace, or basement) and customizable storage/utility configurations further enhance its adaptability.
This project represents a modern approach to civic and community architecture: efficient, versatile, and boldly contemporary. By combining streamlined construction documents with timeless pavilion design, the Assembly Hall offers a ready-to-build solution that elevates the experience of collective gathering.
