Yuko Nagayama & Associates is a Tokyo-based architecture studio led by Yuko Nagayama, known for its refined, concept-driven work that blends architecture, interiors, and exhibition design.
This architectural practice has built a reputation for creating light, fluid, and experiential spaces, often characterized by delicate geometries, transparency, and a careful orchestration of light and movement. Nagayama’s work frequently explores how architecture can evoke emotion and narrative, producing environments that feel both contemporary and poetic.
Her projects span a wide range of scales and typologies, including commercial buildings, cultural spaces, retail environments, and installations. Many of these works engage closely with context, whether through material selection, spatial layering, or subtle references to traditional Japanese aesthetics.
