This English design practice was led by architects Hugh Cullum and Richard Nightingale.
This architectural practice is no longer in operation: it became Kilburn Nightingale Architects.

Richard Nightingale
MA (Cantab) Dip Arch RIBA FRSA
Richard Nightingale studied architecture at Cambridge University and subsequently worked for firms in Kenya, London and Hong Kong before joining Colin St. John Wilson and Partners to work on the new British Library. He set up Kilburn Nightingale Architects in 1986 (originally Cullum and Nightingale architects).
He has been a visiting lecturer and teacher at Cambridge, Sheffield, the Architectural Association and Welsh Schools of Architecture. He has contributed to conferences on eco-tourism in the Middle East, India and the USA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

London Architecture : news + key projects
Kilburn Nightingale have received a number of prizes for their work. The office have won the British Expertise “Consultancy Project of the Year” Award for the new British High Commission in Kampala, Uganda, presented by HRH the Duke of Gloucester. The new High Commission also won an RIBA International Award and was runner up for the Lubetkin Prize earlier in the year.
Most recently, the practice’s work on the new Emmanuel College Library project in Cambridge was recognised, winning an RIBA ‘Spirit of Ingenuity’ Award.
