Rising sixty-two stories above Miami’s preeminent Brickell neighborhood, this grand two-story residence features 4,633 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a vast 20’ double height living area enveloped by the expansive north and east cityscape and water views.

Created by Barcelona born interior architect, Alexis Cogul Lleonart, this maison in the sky reflects modern ingenuity and classical finish techniques bringing together a unique residence to suit those who demand a sense or warmth yet soft modern design. Contrasting materials, vibrant hues, and playful lines were incorporated into a unique design aimed at complimenting the expansive views of the Biscayne Bay and the Miami Skyline.

Wood panels and louvered walls are used throughout all main living spaces to create a sense of warmth and integrity. but at the same time, enhancing the sense of space and coziness. Teaxtures, woods, natural raw finishes and the sincerity of materials defines the space and the unique touch of Doo architecture’s “soft-modern” design approach.
