Designed by Nuno Piedade Alexandre Santa Casa da Misericórdia’s Elderly Care Centre with 10 double rooms and 4 individual rooms, all of them equipped with their own private facilities.
The center, designed by Valor-Llimós arquitectura is located on the border between the “Ensanche” and the “Gracia” neighborhood includes three different uses: 32 dwellings for elderly people, Primary Care Center and parking for 44 vehicles.
This building design by architects Page and Park is primarily for veterans who have visual impairments. 100 military veterans have already signed up to use the facility, along with residents of the nearby Royal Blind facility, Jenny’s Well.
The project design by GEA Architects is in a small town in northern Extremadura called “Baños de Montemayor”, surrounded by mountains and forests of chestnut and oak trees.
The nursery is located on the border between the town and countryside, next to the only road to the village, surrounded by a sports area, an orchard that will be transformed into a plaza in the future.
