From 9am on Wednesday 17 October 2018, potential new buyers will have the opportunity to view the show apartment located in the restored Old Gunpowder Store which is located in Lochinvar Drive adjacent to Middle Pier. The showroom will showcase the quality of interior design and specification from the principle suppliers; Sims Hilditch, Neptune, Khars, VitrA, Roman & Hamilton Litestat.
A selection of spacious one, two and three bedroom luxury retirement residences will be available for reservation – Knight Frank has been appointed as the Sales Agent for the scheme, in conjunction with DJ Alexander who are the largest letting agency in Edinburgh.
