Yoopanama is a luxury residential project located at Balboa Avenue, a spectacular strip borders the sea which offers magnificent views of the bay and the Panama City. Conveniently located, just a walking distance from the main recreation centers and the business district.
Bettis Tarazi Architects, panamaniam firm, was in charge of the concept, design and architectural development of YooPanama, altogether with the renowned firm Yoo by Philippe Starck interior accomplished this monumental work.
For Bettis Tarazi Arquitectos the process of creation, spaces dimension measurement and element fitting into the architectural program of YooPanama in addition working together with Philippe Starck has been a culturally and professionally enriching experience.
It took eight years since the first draft, hard work with countless number of professionals from different disciplines and nationalities who contributed with their talents to the building.
Yoopanama is one of the most ambitious real estate projects has been built in Panama. With its´ 78 levels is one of the tallest buildings of Central America and surely one of the most luxurious and sophisticated in the world. As the dimension of this tower is the trust of their promoters have demonstrated in Panama, we are pleased to see the results, we have a world-class building.
The project consists of two towers called Arts and Yoo, each separated by service corridors. The first tower “Arts” comprehend of 234 condominiums and 56 levels, all apartments face Balboa Avenue. While Yoo tower present 52 levels and 275 condominiums, also offers apartments with the bay and the city views.
Height is highlighted in the tower architectural design, with a total of 246.73 m (809.48 ft.), it’s considered the sixth tallest building in Central America by Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
The crystals color contrast with hints of blue, yellow and gray decorate the facade and complement the green of vertical gardens. The design of the balconies creates a feeling of waves, which is also a prominent feature that emulates the beautiful view of the bay offered by the project. Stunning golden columns decorate the facade, just as trunks in a forest.
Yoo Panama is a building that revolutionized interior design in Panama, and it conveys different emotions and concepts in each of its social areas.
Yoo is a place to meet and enjoy each of the spaces where materials are mixed, furniture and accessories from all over the world.
Among the amenities that Yoo Panama offers, we found double height lobby with elegant valet parking, swimming pools for adults and children, beautiful garden overlooking the city and the Pacific Ocean, two double height multipurpose rooms and four meeting rooms, library, fully equipped gym, squash courts, yoga and Pilates spa.
