Le Rosaire, Québec

Residia Real Estate Development is pleased to announce the start of construction of its Le Rosaire project, which will be completed in the summer of 2023. Located in the effervescent Villeray district of Montreal, this unique three-storey project offers buyers 31 units of townhouses and condos with 1 to 3 bedrooms benefiting from a green interior courtyard, which is a rarity in the metropolis.

Le Rosaire Montréal Housing Development

“From the first stages of the development of the Le Rosaire project, we made it a priority to integrate a green interior courtyard. Our goal was to offer our customers a natural living environment, in the heart of the city, close to all services and accessible by various modes of transportation.

Developed following the success of Giantonio and Lumi, two other of our projects located in the exceptional district of Villeray, Le Rosaire will be able to offer its residents a life experience in accordance with our mission, that of creating a new wave of real estate, more human, connected and sustainable,” said Charles Duchesne, President of Residia Real Estate Development.

A bright habitat, open to nature
To design Le Rosaire, Residia called on a multidisciplinary team of experienced and creative architects, engineers, landscape architects and interior designers. Their mandate was to create a modern, functional, friendly habitat, open to nature, bright and respectful of the environment. The result? The integration of a magnificent interior courtyard with shrubs, flowers and plant walls constituting a vast space of healing for its residents. The upper units benefit from a mezzanine leading to a private open-air terrace on the roof.

A distinctive design in harmony with its surroundings
Respectful of the times, in tune with its neighborhood and displaying an elegance in all simplicity, Le Rosaire will harmonize perfectly with the majestic Notre-Dame-du-Saint-Rosaire Church, its immediate neighbour. In order to provide comfort, tranquility and privacy to its residents, this project will focus on a distinctive design as well as on high quality materials and equipment favoring sustainable development. Finally, an elevator will provide access to the 3 floors of the building and the underground garage where private parking and storage spaces will be available.

A site steeped in history
At the beginning of the 20th century, the office of doctor Joseph-Arthur Jarry had a storefront on the very spot where Le Rosaire will be erected. Recognized for its influence on the development of the north of the city of Montreal, the Jarry family even gave its name to the famous park located in the Parc-Extension district. To pay tribute to Dr. Jarry and recognize the heritage value of this site, a commemorative plaque will be installed on the new building.

Villeray, a booming neighborhood
Located in the Villeray district, Le Rosaire is Residia’s third real estate project in this booming sector of the city, after Le Giantonio and Le Lumi. Considered one of the trendiest neighborhoods in the world, Villeray is an active, trendy and lively community in one of the most pleasant surroundings.

Residents of Le Rosaire will enjoy quick and convenient access to two metro stations, bus stops, numerous bike paths and the metropolitan highway. This project will also be just a few steps from several green spaces, including Jarry Park, the unmissable Jean-Talon Market, schools, shops and a multitude of restaurants, bistros, bars, cafes, delicatessens, greengrocers, bakeries and pastries.

Residia wins a prestigious award from the ACQ
It is with great pride that Residia Développement Immobilier has been selected as the 2022 winner of the Construire Trophy, as the representative of the Metropolitan region of the Association de la Construction du Québec (ACQ). Highlighting excellence, dynamism and commitment to serving the industry and the economy, this award is one of the most prestigious Quebec awards in the construction sector. This distinction was awarded by the ACQ during the Prix Construire evening, which took place on Saturday, May 14.
