Testimonio II

Testimonio II is a refined mixed-used development located in La Rousse Saint Roman from the same developer as Monaco’s iconic Tour Odeon. The development, which has an elegant undulating façade, will include luxury apartments, penthouses, five luxurious villas, a kindergarten, and nine levels of dedicated parking. It will also serve as the new premises of Monaco’s International School. Scheduled for completion in 2022, it is one of the principality’s largest construction projects. Designed by architect Alexandre Giraldi and led by the Marzocco Group, the sea-facing Testimonio II will offer refined living in the heart of Monaco.

L’Exotique

Located in the tranquil district of Jardin Exotique, this elegant residential development is scheduled for completion in 2022. Perched high on the cliff edge with wonderful sea views, L’Exotique will offer elegant living at its finest. The development has been designed by award-winning architect Rudy Riccioti, the principal architect of the MUCEM museum in Marseille, France. Villa Portofino

Designed by Monaco architect Emmanuel Deverini, Villa Portofino is a refined development set in La Condamine, one of Monaco’s oldest districts. MoNa Residence
